  Just a reminder - 1.2Mbps =/= 1.2MBps. Most people are familiar with MB megabytes, but companies market using Mb megabits to have bigger numbers (8x).

  1.2mbps is about enough for streaming 480p video

  5gb of 1.2mbps is utter trash in 2024. One is utterly clueless and seems to be running itself into the ground

    It’s 5GB at max speed data and then reverts to 1.2Mbbs on the cheapest plan. The other two plans give you 16GB or unlimited.
    You only drop to that speed once your data allocation is used.

  Any feedback on contact mobile? I see they run on the One NZ network - does this mean reliability and coverage wise it should be identical to One NZ customers?

    Been using them for months for 2nd no., no issues with data and call/text.
    Help desk is slow to get to but solved any issues I had easily
