$329.39 < $358.00
$358 * 0.9 = $322.20, cheapies prices are usually discussed as the listed price as discounts aren't always accessible to everyone.
Yeah, sorry all time low with the 10% new user discount
No need to apologise, it's an excellent price for some really good earbuds.
I won a pair of these and I wouldn't consider them all that good. At least not the noise cancellation. Plus they always fall out of my ears. Although I guess the sound is as good as I have ever heard from ear buds but wouldn't pay this sort of price for them.
Funny how actively purchasing a product tends to drive perception, with confirmation bias kicking in to convince yourself it was the right decision.
Asked to review with no financial investment means you'll be concentrating more on the product alone.
Get some comply tips, they'll change your life 👍 I jog with them next to a busy street with cats doing 80kmh and can't hear a thing externally, with volume at half.
Roll tip, lift ear, insert, release ear until they seal. Boom
Wow, those are some fast cats.
Edit* Sony raised the price by a little so updated the post. Sony WF-1000XM5 Wireless Noise Cancelling Earbuds used to say $365.99 and with new user discount $329.39 + Free Shipping @ Sony NZ
$358 at a few stores so could try price-match first

Hard to price match where you have a discount coupon though.
It used to be possible to do this with the online sony store, price match then coupon. Maybe not anymore?
How long until the battery starts failing like most Sony wireless earbuds? 1 year?
I purchased both the XM4 and XM5 earbuds. While the sound quality is decent, they don’t fit my ears well, often falling out. The battery life is impressive, but the software is terrible.
I’ve since switched to the Technics AZ80, and they’re miles ahead of the Sony earbuds. The build quality is superior, they come with more tips for a perfect fit, and the software is reliable. Everything just works seamlessly, and the sound and noise-cancelling are vastly better than the Sony earbuds.
Some colours down to $358 again
These are great earbuds, bought for $358 at the start of the year so not quite the lowest they've been.
