    I'm sorry to hear you have not received your order! We've had a look into your order and can see this was unfortunately cancelled due to a shortfall in stock within our Warehouse and stores at the time of dispatch. Unfortunately, occasionally our Online Store does not poll as quickly as items are selling, resulting in items that are physically out of stock temporarily appearing as available, or also meaning that we are unable to fulfill your order when it is being packed. A refund for these items is automatically processed when they are marked as unavailable. We do apologise for any disappointment caused.

    I've doubled checked in our payment gateway to confirm your refund, and can see there was a technical glitch which prevented your refund from going through successfully the first time. I sincerely apologise for the delays and inconvenience caused as a result. I have now reprocessed your refund, which should appear on your original payment method within 7 business days.
