Threads usually get locked when it gets out of hand, or an answer has been provided. In this case, it's a bit of both.

I was checking it last night and didn't see any updates, but didn't realize it was locked. Mystery deepens.
It's certainly an entertaining read!
Their website doesn't install much confidence when reading it, doesn't seem very professional, for example -
"Our prices are lower than most because we are not hiring staff that is not need to talk phone calls, sale to you a service, or put you on hold when you call."
The Director definitely took it overboard instead of just answering some very genuine questions which in turn would have helped his company.
