Anyone else get signup spam from iSurveyWorld and HelloFresh?

Today I get 3 emails at the same time:
1 "thank you for signing up for Hello Fresh emails!" (did I do this?) ,
2 email subject "You left this behind" with "ten free meals" (I don't remember even visiting their website),
3 another email "Welcome to iSurveyWorld" with the following "You are receiving this email because your expressed interest in joining iSurveyWorld from one of our partners."
So I'm guesssing from this "partners", and them both using an unusual alternative form of my private email address, and the timing, that my "friend's only" email address was somehow added to their email lists. How? Worth complaining?
Anyone else get this iSurveyWorld / HelloFresh spam signup?

    Is the email address used to send those emails to you actually from those companies?

    hmm g.hellofresh.com might not be the real hello fresh? And isurveyworld.com. As far as those domains go, yes self authorised. But I'm not really sure. This spam site submission mentions g.hellofresh.com but it's not clear to me https://www.spam.org/complaint?uid=C-GSTATIC-COM-RH9XDZ6KB3
