Why is the website so shitty?

    • Must’ve changed something. Looks better now.

  • do you know if the ticket is only valid until 3 November or that it can be used after that date?

Single entry tickets and SkySlide bundles are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Admission tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and void if altered in any way. Booking with multiple pax must be redeemed in one transaction (split redemption is not applicable). All children 14 years and under must be accompanied by an adult.

  • I think its expired? It came back as invalid :(

    • Still working and tried incognito and works. You
can try booking from the website and just use the promo code lookout.

    • should work, i got up to the Payment Checkout

    • For General entry to SkyCity Tower, it's working. Just bought 5 tickets right now, and I didn't even enter the code as it was already been applied during checkout, however the code was showing invalid for the "SkySlide Adult Rider Bundle" tickets.

Cool. Thanks guys. I think it’s invalid for family pass. Individual works. Thanks.

  • Hmm. It now comes up as 22nzd for one adult.

Did they change the original price from 38 to 45 for online tickets?

    • Must be. I bought last night: 2 adults + 1 child = $47.

  • Just tried this morning and it worked fine for me.

I tried for a single adult and it automatically applied the code, then I tried 2 adult, 2 child tickets. Also worked but I had to apply the code manually. Checked out fine.

It didn’t work for the family pass at all though
