AssetLab Powerpass Expired

Hi everyone! Has anyone applied for the Assetlab PowerPass and didn’t receive a new card after the old one expired?

I got my PowerPass card on July 2020, and received an email on Oct 2022 explaining:

"If you already have a card and DON'T switch to an individual account (or are unable to because you don't have a business number) your current PowerPass card will continue as usual.

Please take note of your card’s expiry date because Bunnings will only send you a new card if you’ve made purchases in the 3 months leading up to that date, and we recommend not leaving it until the last couple of weeks to do so."

My card expired in July 2024, but I never received a new one—even though I did make a purchase within the 3-month period before expiry. When I popped into the store last week, my card still worked for discounts, but I’m not sure how long it’ll stay active.

Anyone know how I can apply for a new one at this stage? Thanks in advance!

  • Could always ring and ask. I did for my one, they had just extended the expiry date, mine expired in July 2023.

  • Mine expired july 24, as u say, still works, app still works, also noticed bunnings local store doesn't accept pictures of power pass card or via the app.
    They only accept physical card

      They should absolutely be accepting the card via app. It's their app, and the entire point.

      Just go through the self serve and do it yourself. Or the trade counter who should be well aware. You can also just scan it all to your cart on the app and pay via CC or send it through to the Trade counter

      • I agree with you, A4 print out with the info was at trade desk and service desk.
