Hi everyone! Has anyone applied for the Assetlab PowerPass and didn’t receive a new card after the old one expired?
I got my PowerPass card on July 2020, and received an email on Oct 2022 explaining:
"If you already have a card and DON'T switch to an individual account (or are unable to because you don't have a business number) your current PowerPass card will continue as usual.
Please take note of your card’s expiry date because Bunnings will only send you a new card if you’ve made purchases in the 3 months leading up to that date, and we recommend not leaving it until the last couple of weeks to do so."
My card expired in July 2024, but I never received a new one—even though I did make a purchase within the 3-month period before expiry. When I popped into the store last week, my card still worked for discounts, but I’m not sure how long it’ll stay active.
Anyone know how I can apply for a new one at this stage? Thanks in advance!
Could always ring and ask. I did for my one, they had just extended the expiry date, mine expired in July 2023.
