Shopback fails to track you mean? Maybe I will stick to Kiwiwallet. Their CS has been pretty decent.
Yes, Shopback fails to track for me a large percentage of the time.

If it's not tracking its possibly because you have an ad blocker filtering on the shopback domain itself.
@kfr23: You might not be following the terms(ie using discount codes not allowed or shopping in wrong product category etc assuming you should be getting a higher cashback). You also should always start with an empty cart and then add your items as existing items in a cart won't be credited.
@Dunno: I follow all of their terms. They are notorious for rejecting cashback for users in Australia as well.

I checked the app this morning and it started tracking the NordVPN purchase at 2am. Which is a relief.So fingers crossed for now.
@Fox419: standard for cashback to allow at least 48 hours for it to show as tracked across pretty much all cashback sites
@Rowjo: That is totally understandable however, the app was given me a pop up that Nordvpn was not tracked on the app after purchase.
It would not let me to progress to the Nordvpn application, the pop up blocked me.
So I was in a feedback loop where I couldn't progress without closing the shopback app which stated I would lose my previous tracking.
That is the problem, not that it took time to be tracked.
