Little late but I only noticed this late yesterday. Woolworths currently have Auntie Dai's Soup Dumpings 444g packs which come in both chicken and pork half price so $5.99. Auntie Dai's Siu Mai 480g packs are also half price and $5.99.

Personally like Auntie Dai's Siu Mai. While they aren't as good as proper siu mai I find them decent, definitely prefer them to Auntie Dai's dumplings.
Their soup dumplings I only tried once (well a few packets but once). Again not as good as proper soup dumplings but also decent. That said I find soup dumplings annoying to cook since you that great care that their skin doesn't break otherwise you've defeated the purpose. I'm still learning but I'd suggest you put them on baking paper or similar. (Auntie Dai did provide some squares although a little stingy.) Also make sure you do not overload the steamer. Finally don't steam them for too long,
Anyway another interesting thing is that last time both the Siu Mai and Soup Dumplings were on 1/2 special, Auntie Dai's regular dumplings were on 1/2 special the next week (this time https://www.cheapies.nz/node/48417). I thought this would already be known given Woolworths used to publish next week's mailer on Saturday but since they stopped that, we'll only find out tomorrow.
Last time they were on special like this I bought four packs, when easting the second one they started tasting like cardboard so I came off them. I steamed them and used soy sauce but they are not like the night market ones.
