I just recently got a giftpay giftcard and when trying to redeem it there is no longer an option for countdown giftcards. In the past they have been sold out temporarily but still showed as an option but now they are completely gone. Is anyone else experiencing this? This makes the giftcard much harder to spend.

The option is still available but under Woolworths not Countdown now, so right at the bottom of the list alphabetically.
Still needs to be redeemed instore once converted to a Woolworths Giftcard.I don't see Woolworths in the list, did you check it just now or in the past?
I know it would be under Woolworths, I just prefer to call it countdown.

By any chance the balance is lower than the minimum amount of card offered?
I think different 'providers' of the gift cards have different restrictions on which stores you can redeem at. I have 2x $20 gift cards from different 'providers' and one has Mighty Ape, 2degrees, Apple App store, One NZ on the list while the other doesn't have any of those and missing some others too.
This. I can get woolworths giftcards with consumerlink giftpay egift cards but not ones from NielsenIQ panel. Which makes sense as thats for scanning my grocery purchases.
Oh no, that's what I was afraid of. My giftcard is from Nielsen digital panel.
