Play on the day of BNZ Breakers home games. I spun and won the Breakers prize pack (BK sent me a t-shirt, 2 car air fresheners, and a $50 BK voucher).

If you spin and leave the app open, you should be able to spin again once the clock ticks over to the next day as well (i.e. 6, 14, 17, 25 Jan).

    I might have done the leaving the app open overnight wrong, or maybe it doesn’t work on an older iPhone.

    Yesterday I did the spin at like 4pm, left the app open in the background while I used other apps, and then today (around 1pm) went back to it. But it refreshed, and the spin and win window was gone.

      they might've patched it. I've only ever got it working when I spun at 12:00am on the dot. When I did it any later, the app refreshed mid-spin and I got nothing lol.

    Jan 13 - Anyone find their spins finish and then reset and they don't get the prize and told already spun today when you try again?
    Happened in two different chrome desktop profiles + separate BK accounts.

    I complained about it not working the other day to customer service through the website, and they got back to me within 24 hours explaining that they had technical difficulties behind the scenes but they also gave me 1,000 crown points.

    I suggest complaining about it not working to BK first before going to comcom or anywhere else, your mileage may vary though

    Just got 100 crowns, they said if you complained early enough you got 1000, they also said its all fixed for tomorrow and they are looking at an extra day sometime to make up for it.

    Perhaps this has been discussed before but anyone else find they seem to win more than 100 points a lot if they play just after midnight? I wonder if their system is intentionally or accidentally flawed and gives away way too many of the better prizes early on but because there's a limit to how many they give away it runs out if you're doing it later. I mention intentionally because it strikes me it could be partly designed like that so that people who play early on advertise it for them.

    I have seen other stuff before which has possibly been similar.
