The $5 off email still has the free pack text. Look at the attachment to the email to see if it is actually the free pack.

Got the voucher and managed to redeem it at Woolworths Church Corner. Ensure you print the voucher to redeem it.

Can you use it multiple times? They wouldn’t scan my voucher they wanted a printed copy, scanning doesn’t work
@Rogerthat: The fine print on all these coupons always says a good quality print is required.
The barcodes are generic so everyone has the same one. The cashier writes down price of the item on the coupon, prints out a copy of the receipt and then hands it off someone else. I guess form there it gets sent back to the Coupon Company who reimburse the store.
In terms of the questions "Can you use it multiple times?". I've been tempted to print off multiple of the same voucher and try. It would work at the store level as they have no way to check but I guess it might get you blacklisted from the receiving any future ones from the Coupon Company if they notice.
