    Waiting for Ninja Slushi lol

    • This model (deluxe) does do slushies.

  • Theres a new soft serve model out overseas.

    • I was intrigued and researched that model. They say keeping up with cleaning on that one will be a nightmare. It is already semi hard to clean the lid and prevent gunk from forming after every use that could seep into the ice cream.

  • Technically, it's available (upon order, not stocked) at PB Tech for slightly cheaper:

Maybe helps with a price-match or price-beat somewhere, hopefully :)

    • Ninja has quite a big margin so I would be surprised if no where do a match/beat on the price

      • My impression was that Ninja is really good value for the feature set they give you. The original Pacojet is multiple times more expensive than this for example. The coffee machine they released quite recently, while not fantastic in terms of the quality of coffee produced is still a great value compared to an equivalent Breville.

  • Hmmm I think it's $247 at Amazon AU if you're willing to wait? includes free shipping as well

Got this for Christmas from Briscoes with price beat and welcome discount to take it below $300 - but seems like Briscoes has stopped stocking it for now.

It has constantly amazed me with the quality of the frozen desserts it produces.

The main thing that isn't talked about so. Much is the cheaper model has smaller containers so same amount of work for less ice cream.

It has exceeded our expectations. If you are someone who lives to cook/prep it's a good appliance.

massive foodie but dont get the hype for these. You need to prefreeze??? Most in my foodie circle wouldnt touch anything without a compressor for an ice cream machine. I have a breville unit with a compressor and it only cost ~$500…so about $250 more.
