Have they gone under? Final sale clearance sounds like they are in liquidation or soon will be.

  Nah they do this Final Clearance Sales 2-3 times a year iirc it's mainly to clear out old stock and old designs
  but interesting that they're merging, guess we'll see more cuts int he job market soon for those retailers here
