We managed to secure a limited amount of commercial grade carpet at an unbeatable price.
This carpet is tight loop SDN extremely hard wearing. Typically goes into i.e. apartment block common areas, rest homes hallways etc.
Nice neutral colour and the pattern is not in your face, almost blends in from a distance.

Perfect for rumpus rooms or tenanted properties.

    Depends on the layout. The carpet is 3.66m wide so you always have waste. More or less depending on the layout and whether you are happy to accept cross joins (not advisable).

    Between 15 and 18lm should suffice, may be a little more for pattern matching.
