The usual is Argentina or India but I have atopped that because I found Stremio and the latest Goolge devices with Google TV allos Stremio to be installed. I’ve cut the cord once again!
ill google what stremio is.. thanks
PM me if you need any help. Cheers.
Also, most smart TV have a Stremio app you can download directly.
@kevin404: looking at it now - does this essentially just combine all video playing app movies into one ? like netflix, amazon prime ? hulu etc ?
Or is it its own platform ? For the above companies, not looking to spend lots of $$
@HappyChipMonk: Stremio is a peer to peer (amongs other things) streaming platform, so what you stream comes from your peers if you know what I mean. It does have media from all platforms in one place, yes. And it’s free.
@HappyChipMonk: You just need to watch out that you aren't getting the videos on Stremio via torrents
Amazon prime through REVOLUT Card…. 1 month free trial instead of 7 days
I’ve never head of that page, does that have a player there on the web to watch? Do they host their own pirated content? If so, then they are not the same. Stremio has a player but it streams peer to peer mostly I believe.
This page feels like malware, its not related at all . Hace a google / reddit search for whats needed
Stremio is app that uses p2p (torrents) and such to Stream/download and play
Websites such as the one you linked, stream from file sharing servers usually in lower quality.Reddit has better information about both suggest you search there for more info
Ugh they kept it at
Wi-Fi 802.11ac (2.4 GHz / 5 GHz)
Bluetooth® 5.1Should be WIFI 6 (Ax) or Wifi 7 by now… will wait for the next version in 2yrs 🤦♀️
I hardwired it really.
I have cat 5 everywhere except where the TV is in living area. They put a cat 3 there lol for phone/internet. Fletcher house 2005. bit like our NZ infrastructure
Yeah, it is annoyingly under-specced for its price, which was the same problem with the previous version. I don't get what Google's approach is with these things
Out of curiosity anyone compared to a nvidia shield? I really like the AI sharpening etc on it so wonder how it compares
The shield is still better, has better audio support.
These devices are convenient but they are still underpowered.
Are there any ways to get cheaper streaming content through vpn thats easy to follow ? i.e. anything for amazon prime, netflix, apple tv, hulu or anything ?
