Due with June winter baby and based in Marlborough so even though we get some stunner days, it also gets sososo cold! I wouldn't spend almost $200 but $60 seemed pretty reasonable to me 🥰

Fair call wildchild. It does look super comfy!

  • Got any deals on the inner?

    • Whats the inner?

Took me a second….. you mean like the edible parts? 🤣 I wish

  • Are these seconds? How would someone know how bad the discolouration/stitching is?

    • I can let you know when I recieve mine, but other lucky dip/clearance deals I have bought from furmoo have always been really great quality.

  • What is the country of origin, please?

    • Owned and operated in New Zealand, we take pride in supporting local craftsmanship and community.

      Thats all I can find.

Likewise. Probably safe to assume its not NZ wool in that case. That sort of vague disclaimer always puts me off. Some people only seem to skim-read - and could well interpret that as 'purely local NZ product', which is sort of pulling the wool over their eyes…

        • pros and cons of nz vs chinese wool?

          • @justaddwater: I didn't say Chinese specifically. Regardless, some issues are transportation costs (and environmental factors), unknown country of origin, unknown ethical standards, unknown worker conditions, unknown dyes/chemicals used (possibly unregulated), inferior quality in comparison to NZ wool, and just the lack of support towards one of NZ's few sustainable exportable goods industries.

  • Marked as expired but still seems to be available?

    • Thanks, the email said TODAY ONLY but that was probably just to give me the extra push to buy then and there hahah!! Have extended it for a week

  • I’d be keen if there was a show room nearby so I can have a look.
I remember briscoes doing what briscoes does and if you actually went the wool weren’t 1 whole piece but smaller pieces stitched together and was very obvious from the back

Also paying 20% for shipping is abit steep.

    • Yea a little steep indeed.
Some deals that are on here are $0, with ~$9 postage!
