Seems to be a really good price, compared to others, as per PriceSpy. Looks like the next available for this res and size is atleast $170+ delivered.
Can't tell if they are refurbished or not, but I don't imagine they are, as it doesn't state this. These retail for around the same USD price from US based retailers, and over $200 locally.
