    Quite easy in the big coastal cities. A bit harder when you go inland and English is spoken less widely, but still fine.

    If you're going to go, you might as well do it now while international relations are OK. I wish I'd gone to Russia on a 2018 trip I made to Europe; now it's not really on the cards.

    Went to China first time in Oct last year when there were similar deals. It was amazing, honestly felt just as safe if not more than NZ. We went Guangzhou, Hong Kong and Macau.

    I went to Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia last year and I would say in terms of ease it was similar to our experience in Vietnam. You can pretty much get most done with Alipay and a translator app.

    I would highly recommend visiting China to anyone that considering to do so. Taking family to china in May as part of these deals and might go with some friends again in October.

    I literally can't take your money, it's just a search engine for cheap flights across other OTAs :) Obviously there are ads (probably too many), and I also get a small commision on any tickets.

    From a google, the official response is 100 min for MCT (min connection time) so, yes, in theory.
