Posting here to see if anyone has had a similar problem, but I ordered mighty mobile sim during the recent 50% off promotion, trying to activate but it doesn't seem possible and the support are saying they cannot activate the sim from their side.
Basically I recieve the activation text as soon as I inserted the sim, but when I open it, it asks for sim number and says it has linked it to my account, please click next to continue (next screen should be plan selection?) and it just sits there loading….
Support basically says to give it another go on a different day.
Might sound a little odd, but are you connected to wifi when you are doing this? Try turn off wifi and see if it works
