Terms and conditions

Cashback tracking

• Cashback is available only if you visit the Chemist Warehouse website via our platform.
• Chemist Warehouse can only confirm to us that an order is recorded if you accept all cookies that appear on their pages.
• Your Cashback may be tracked at a different rate initially and adjusted to the correct rate when we confirm the transaction details.

Refunds, cancellations and no-shows

• Any rejected, cancelled, refunded, exchanged or returned purchases will not be eligible for Cashback.
• For partial returns or exchanges, we'll pro-rate the Cashback as an adjustment.

General disclaimers

      I know it's a tax, but the first time I spent a similar amount and got $10, this time is $9.82. I did spend over $20 though so trying to figure out why

  Again!

  I've been using these to get DryNites or the other night nappies for my kid. They're about $12 so works out well for the $10 cap. I'm pretty well stocked at the moment!

  A couple of weeks back I redeemed the $10 via shopback. Does it mean I will not be able to redeem again this time?

  Thanks, I have placed a click and collect order today. I have previously purchased on the upsize days and can confirm I have received the 'cashback'.
