  • USB2.0 means this is not suitable for video, (eg use with a dock) correct?

    • Yes and No, USB 2.0 speed on 480 Mb/s. for Video normally it is no problem, can connect to the dock but speed running on 480Mb/s.

Anyway the feature for this cable is fast charging, not fast data transfer. Thanks.

      • I have a HP HUB (usb C) with 2 USB and HDMI and one USB-c. iphone is not charging ? Will this work ? Suspect hub has not enough juice so unsure why they sell it ?

  • Lol why the total is $10.01 as i purchased 2x.

    • Sorry, that's the decimal point carry problem in computer system. You only need to pay $10 for sure. Thx

      • lol no it also charged $10.01 to my card as well

          +1 for me as well
          $5x5 =$25.00 but was charged $25.01 + $6 shipping.

@ExtremePC how are you going to fix this? Thx

@4gbnkz: Are you really demanding a refund of $0.01?? 😆

      • +1

You don't see too many places still rocking a Pentium these days, good on you.

      • +2

You should have a voucher code of $0.01 to remove it from online sales until you fix the system.

        • -2

You are joking right? I know this is cheapies but come on

          • +3

            @Guerilla: It's not a cheapies issue
Every customer thats buying online from their store is affected by it for every transaction.
Clearly they're not advising customer on their site of the issue nor removing it when at checkout by adding a product of code that subtracts the 0.01

It's a principle thing, imagine at every store/business starts doing that. It all adds up over time

  • ExtremePC have always been great, esp St Luke's, always try visit them than going to PB.

    • Couldn't pick this up at St Lukes, only options were Wellington or Onehunga. Ended up just going for shipping instead.

      • The St Lukes store closed about 3-4 months ago AFAIK.
It seems like they purchased/went into business with PC Force.

  • @ExtremePC does this support Samsung S24 ultra's super fast charging 2.0?

    • +1

Looks like it does. It's a 5Amp cable, as required. Just need a 45Watt charger.

      • +1

Hopefully. I bought a few 5Amp cable but all showed sfc1.0 only. I have the 45Watt charger. When i borrowed my friend's cable it is showing 2.0, so charger shouldn't be the issue.

Sams is so shitty that the cable it includes doesn't support 2.0

  • Thanks, good price - usually stock up on Beasus ones or Essager from Aliexpress.

  • Related, do people have recommendations for 45W and 240W chargers? Looking for one of each, not sure what to get..

    • See ozbargin deals there's a lot of discussion about good and bad ones
