Anyone use mighty mobile? Whats it like support wise?

    • I do, for the couple of times I needed support through the online chat, it's been very good.

Is this throttled after a certain amount of ysage?

    • nope, that's crazy

  • Good timing, my Kogan plan is expiring in a month. I was looking at the "Faster" plan for 349.30/12 months, but I think I'll give this a go first.

For anyone else wondering about the Primate discounts, I've confirmed with them via live chat that you do not need an active Primate subscription for the duration of the plan. It's acceptable to sign up for the free Primate trial, purchase the plan, then cancel the Primate trial, and the phone plan will remain active without additional payment.

We used about 300-400 GB last month on the faster plan, no throttling.
this is our main internet connection in a Hauwei B618 box we had lying around.
It roams fine too! Great for the campervan (its 12v)
On one post I read One nz is apparently 3TB a month, so mightly mobile may be the same, being on the one nz network.
We managed to get 13 months at $25 a month by using two accounts in the recent 50% off deal.

If the FASTER package is 50% off, I would highly recommend it. Before using it, I was curious about how many GB of data the unlimited package would slow down, but Mighty Ape is truly unlimited. I've used an average of 180 GB per month in the past two months, and I don't even need broadband network except for playing games.

Of course, sometimes his network is slow, but I can understand and accept it.

    • Appreciate your thoughts and feedback on it! 🤞 for the Faster plan 50% off sometime soon 😁

Does anyone have experience with the Fast plan? What is the real-world experience for normal browsing and watching YouTube videos in SD? I am also thinking of putting my son on the Fast plan, which I hope is enough for a teenager who is not into social media (yet!).
