so I've got the Clifton 9, which is more of a neutral running shoe. I don't think I have overpronation. Would this still be OK for me? I guess I need to test it in person, but it's on sale so maybe I should buy first and ask questions later…

These are a pretty chunky stability shoe. Lots of support but heavy.
Have had some issues with the outers wearing super fast and deteriorating. Cant recommend

Compared to what though? New Balance Rebel v4 is 212g (US9), Asics Novablast 5 is 255g, Saucony Tempus 2 is 232g. Much lighter, much better shoes than this. The price is good however.

When looking at a bunch of different shoes (discounted, new or neither) there are so many sizes which are not available. Assuming that a web store should (??) be an aggregation of the sizes available at store(s) or maybe in a warehouse, it doesn't inspire any confidence that if I went into a physical store there would be anything that I wanted in my size…or maybe I am just over thinking this :D
You have to get in quick. Most sizes were available when this deal got posted last night. I saw sizes from US 8 to US 12 all available.
I was looking at other shoes, not this one - just a general observation about lack of size across a given model - totally understand the whole "gotta get in quick"…but just feels like they have real limited sizes across many of the shoes (at least the ones I was looking at) :D
Yeah, it's not just with this store though, most stores are like that. They usually do a clearance on low stock items to get rid of them to make way for new models.

Look at the Anacapas $110. I got a pair of those for hiking as they are off road shoes. While road shoes probably will be fine, they are not specific made for hiking. Or the challenge atr. There aren't many available in the hiking or trail category
These are CRAZY good if you have an arched foot. Put them on walked around it's was amazing actual arch support. Put my shoes back on my foot was hurting I didn't realize how sh** my shoes were oml
