How to Change Payment Method in Amazon AU?

There is the option to change CC payment method details for Amazon US on my pre-orders, but I cannot see the same option for my Amazon AU pre-orders? Can someone else check theirs for Amazon AU and confirm whether this is possible? I'm using the same app for both if that makes any difference

Or do I have to wait until the CC falls through when the preorder needs to be paid, and then you get the email to update the CC details?

Used a wrong Wise account that wont exist anymore, so trying to update it in the pre-order.
