I have been needing batteries for Ozito gear and had to buy their standard 2x 4ah packs for $179.
Popped into Glenfield and they have a 6-piece set with 2x 4ah, 2x 2.5ah and 2x single chargers for $149. I call it a deal with under $50 per battery with free chargers.

Anyone know what's Ozito like compared to Ryobi, Dewalt, Makita etc?
What I have that already 5+ y.o and still working fine: lawn mower (10+ y.o brought in from AUS), screw + impact drivers and grass trimmer(8), pole trimmer and circular saw (7). The only casualty is a vacuum+blower unit, bought in 2016, motor died 2021. Pics available for the right motivation :)
It's cheaper and I'd say just as good. The only past issues I've had are
- the super cheap ones, like the dirt cheap trimmer with the plastic blades, and the 18V lawnmower, are terrible
- in the past there was no international support, so there was no aftermarket, the brand was bought by a German company like a decade ago and you can get aftermarket stuff now (eg adapters to use other brand batteries and 8Ah unbranded batteries on AliExpress) under the Einhell brand
I've got tonnes of Ozito PXC stuff now and bought more the other day.
Would recommend the more expensive BLDC stuff, though, if that option is available, when buying, like the drill and impact wrench.

Hoping I don't get scammed, they now don't ship to NZ, so shipping a 144Wh lithium ion battery to NZ was probably very expensive.
Oh the 8Ah battery arrived, works at least, will test the capacity after work.
Thry are fine for casual DIY purposes, and the cheaper batteries is the big selling point that made me go with ozito tools.
They are rebranded einhell tools so if you want reviews from overseas look for those one's.
I rate it well better than the cheap ryobi tools that are more expensive and crappier. They are not as good as the top of the range ryobis which seem to be very well built but are no longer a cheap tool.
Makita have some real crap in their range, and as they are all blue and say makita on them you really have to pay attention because they have really good stuff too. Like the cheap makita weed whacker is a turd but people think "derp makita good" so they sell well.
Dewalt is just yellow black and decker - I dont rate them at all untill you go to the really good ones, and those are really expensive so may as well go for a milwaukee or something that only does the good ones.
Only ryobi and the ozito PXC have protection in their full battery range. All the other tool brands moved it into the tool when they changed to lithiums, there are some Milwaukee and Makitas that will protect, but that seems to be more of a thing to save older tools from the higher power, not save the battery from overdischarge.
The 5 year warranty is awesome. I burnt out the motor in my jigsaw - 1 year old - Bunnings did a straight replacement no issues.
You may get into trouble of you use it for trade. But most of the time you can talk your way around it. You obviously don't want to use ozito as your main kit and have it burn out every month or so. But works a treat as an economical secondary set in case your main one blows up and you need to keep going..
I place Ryobi in the same league as ozito. DeWalt, Makita, Bosch blue are proper tools.
But ozito has its place. The tools work for residential purposes it is just they are not as nice to use. We use ozito for commercial too but as a secondary kit for light duty work i.e. a one off bolt that needs cutting.
We use ozito task lights a lot though. Like 8 hour days. At that price they are a no brainer.
I was waiting for a Ryobi deal.. but this looks pretty good too.
