Have you guys gotten your cashback confirmed yet? I completed 6 different click and collect orders on this day, which all tracked within a few hours, and they all say they should be confirmed by 31 March. Early this morning the order which was placed first was confirmed, but the other 5 orders are still not confirmed. This seems strange since usually cashback from the same store at around the same time gets confirmed at the same time. I really hope they’re going to honour the cashback for all of the orders and not just the first one I placed.

  All the chemist warehouse cashbacks I haven't had any come through. Except one and its incorrect. Supposed to be 100% with a $10 cap but all that came through was 25 cents.
  Have looked at chasing them all up. And know I should, but seems its a common problem with chemist warehouse. Seems a bit scammy, probably loads of others like me who cant be bothered with the hassle. So they get away with it. Could be mistaken but thats how it seems

  I've done sorta 3 at Chemist Warehouse, one on 2024 12 12 was confirm on 2025-03-12

  Two different orders on 2024-12-31, both confirmed on 2025-03-31 in same email. Amounts for both of these are correct ($9.10 each). Fairly sure 12-12 too ($5.17) but lazy to double check.

  All my orders were made via following the app on Android devices. First one I think was a cheap Chinese tablet. 12-31 ones were both on Galaxy S24 FE. Account was new on 12-12 I think.

  Just made an order with their 2025-04-05, hopefully it too will go through. Should be $2.43 I think ($13.99/1.15*0.2) so hopefully it goes through fine.

  BTW, never noticed their 'we may cancel if it's a duplicate purchase' thing. Anyone ever had that happen or know what it's about? Can't find anything in the FAQ or whatever about it, and only a brief mention on OzBargain. Is it just if you try to get around purchase limits on items, especially purchase limits on medications? I technically made a duplicate purchase on the 12-31 and might do again if they have another 100% or similar with no limit on the number of orders.
