I just had to battle with the manager who was trying to tell me it had to be a local store.. he finally conceeded that it didnt but why do they make this so difficult?!?!
I'm about to try and pricematch to chemist warehouse.. seeing your comment kind of making me feel like I might get the same thing…
Chemist warehouse is fine with non-local deals. But you can only get one item from them. So might not worth the trip unless you're nearby.
Their FAQs say 3 unless theres some other lower limit like on medication.
"The price matching policy is limited to retail quantities only, being three of each product per transaction."

@Alan6984 I pointed out their Ts & Cs say "NZ based retailer", not "local to somewhere you can go and pick the item up now"……

Noooo I was polite about it, I dont want to ruin anyones day! I just dont understand why they make a company offer a personal issue?
I don't mean by you being rude, but simply proving to the manager that you were correct by the T&C's. I've found store team members can take the price promise policy personally like the difference comes out of their own pocket. Good on you for getting it across the line.
@wowbigdeal: Ooh my bad haha honestly at my local Warehouse, its one manager in particular who HATES me doing it! The team members are generally super chill.
No luck with price match online - the last few times I've tried have failed. They're sticking to the "requests to match against grocery retailers can only be price matched instore" terms pretty firm now from my experience.
