  • Ugh - I avoid "The Mall" at all costs now. Duty Free as a whole is pretty meh tbh unless there is something you really need at the point in time. I had an issue whereby an order was incorrectly fullfilled by The Mall (and yes I should have realised when I picked it up, but it wasn't something a cursory glance at the early hours of a morning arrival with kids would have highlighted) and there was zero ability to have any resolution, and the end result was simply them ignoring any communication from me. ymmv
