Samsung EPP have dropped prices of the S24 by 50% across the board before trade-in or codes.

50% off only showing once in checkout, not advertised anywhere else I can see.

YMMV adding codes, I couldn't get anything to work.

Base storage model pricing:

S24 FE 256GB: $649.51
S24 256GB: $699.50
S24+ (all models OOS at time of post)
S24 Ultra 256GB (12GB Ram) $1099.50

Limited colour options available across the range (any colour as long as it's black).

Great buying all things considered - for those who care the S24 Ultra is the only version which gets the Snapdragon chip. Others are Exynos.

For clarity you need access to the Corporate (Employee) Partnership Program to show these prices. It operates separately to the regular web or app store.

    I can't seem to see this offer on EPP store
    For me S24 Ultra on EPP is $1649
    Do you have to use a code or something to bring it down to $1099?

      You might be looking at S25 ultra rather than S24 ultra. Mine worked no issues without any code

        Targeted meaning restricted, i.e. it is not available to all. I don't disagree with the negative vote. It's not like with PB Tech's pricing groups, where anyone can add the code to their account

      Its not targetted to one person but personally I'd argue this falls under a staff deal as it isn't accessible to all and requires employment at certain companies to qualify. Up to the mods if this falls under unavailable or if the epp accessibility is wide enough to not be subject to that rule.

        It works with partner stores that are available to the public - AIA Vitality for example offers an EPP store connection that is accessible to anyone with an AIA Vitality account, not just working for a specific company or industry.

      I've just checked, S24 still working for me. Are you sure you're in the correct store? Samsung Partner Store banner should sit along the top of the app.

      Good luck with this. I tried to cancel a fridge not because of change of mind, but because of a lack of fullfillment after a reasonable period of time but the experience may be the same. I was told via chat to contact the estore (via their email) advising of the cancellation….there was no response etc, I lodged a reverse charge with credit card, and even still they tried to deliver it (the big truck and delivery dudes arrived wanting to know where to put it)….their processes for handling exceptions are just mind numbingly painful. I hope ymmv.

          Yeah just get logs of chats and keep records of everything you did/when/etc so that when you have to have the conversation with them about "I cancelled this order on X date following conversations with Samsung customer experience people" you are standing on solid ground. Good luck!

          I ordered the wrong size gb tablet…tried to cancel it on Wednesday sent an email jumped on chat and rung the hotline all said to send an email which I did

          Finally got a reply today "we are unable to process EPP requests for order cancellations or incorrectly ordered products, as stated in the EPP policy. We can only accept returns or replacements for products deemed faulty"
