Vodafone Smart Ultra - $219 @ Noel Leeming

50

Noel Leeming lowered the price to match Dick Smith: http://www.dicksmith.co.nz/vodafone/vodafone-smart-ultra-gre…

Personally I'd get it from Noel Leeming because the future of DSE is uncertain at this stage.

There's also one with 16GB microSD card and $29 prepay plan on Noel Leeming's website: https://www.noelleeming.co.nz/shop/cameras-phones/phones-and…

I can confirm that Warehouse Stationery would beat this price - I showed them the DSE price and got this for $208.05 with the $29 Carryover Sim.

    • Thanks for the info 4znDvd! Good to know :)

Thanks, I also went and got warehouse stationery to beat it by 5% based on Noel Leeming price. I tried to show the dicksmith website, but like last time I tried this they said it can't be an online price they need a Instore photo or pamphlet. But luckily I had a photo of the Instore noel leeming price… However the girl said because they were part of the same group as noel leeming they probably don't beat that price, luckily she talked to someone else and they took over.

      • Thanks for the feedback :)

      • Sounds like the service is pretty variable. The guy who served me just gave the local Dick Smith a call and confirmed stock and price and gave me the price beat. :)
He also said beforehand that if they don't pick up he'll just give it to me for the price anyway.

        • After I bought it I remembered the warehouse also has a price promice policy where it would beat competitors (subject to usual conditions) by 10%, hence this phone would be less than $200. I would have to check with them because if they would accept, I would hope warehouse stationery returns policy accepts unopened cellphones.

      • Dang, imagine if The Warehouse Group (TWG) were to purchase DSE in future, there would be less competition in the market, and that is bad bad news for us consumers…
