First chance - Have your home appraised during April, May June 2016 and go in the draw to win a mountain bike plus a 2016 family membership to Bike Taupo.

Second chance - .List your home during April, May, June and sell before 31st July 2016 and you also go in the draw to win one of 3 mountain bike plus a 2016 family membership to Bike Taupo

Terms:

• There are 3 mountain bikes to be won

• Draws will take place during August 2016

• Only one bike available per property, if a property is drawn more than once, that entry will be invalid and another entry will be drawn

• Commercial leases are excluded

• Winners will be contacted once drawn and results published in the Property Press

Conditions:

• If you are drawn as a winner, you agree to have your name and photo published in the Property Press on the 18th August 2016

• Bike Taupo family membership is subject to Bike Taupo's Terms & Conditions

• All names entered must be the legal vendors of the property as per the title of the property, unless otherwise arranged and confirmed prior with LJ Hooker Taupo's Branch manager.
