ULTIMATE SHORTLAND STREET EXPERIENCE COMPETITION

Terms and Conditions
1.By participating in the ‘Ultimate Shortland Street Experience’ competition, you are deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
2.The Promoters of the Competition are ‘The Adam and Eve Show’.
3.The competition is open to New Zealand residents aged between 10 and 18 years of age. Employees of the Promoters, and their affiliated companies, their families or agencies or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to participate. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
4.There will be one winner who will receive: •The opportunity for the winner and an accompanying parent / guardian to tour the Shortland Street set in Auckland.
•Flights via an Air New Zealand operated airport (if the winner resides outside of Auckland).
•Lunch on set with a member of the Shortland Street cast (cast member to be confirmed).
•A walk on role on Shortland Street.

5.To enter the competition head to http://theadamandeveshow.com and write a scene for a wedding between two of your favourite characters.
6.All entrants under 18 years must have parental permission to enter this competition.
7.Entries close at midnight Sunday 31st April 2016.
8.The rules of this competition shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and the courts of New Zealand shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising there from.
9.The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. Prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of equal or greater value.
10.The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion in the event of exceptional circumstances outside its control which affect its ability to operate the promotion.
11.The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the Prize awarded.

South Pacific Pictures – Terms and Conditions
•The set visit is valid between the three month period of May – July 2016.
•The day and time of the studio visit is at the discretion of South Pacific Pictures to be decided in consultation with the bearer.
Set tours and walk on roles take anywhere between 30 – 90 minutes.
•Clothing, accessories, transport to the studio and any other incidental expenses including meals are the sole responsibility of the bearer unless otherwise stated as part of the package. NB: in some instances, South Pacific Pictures will specify suitable clothing requirements.
•The bearer will not receive any remuneration for his or her appearance.
•Due to the nature of television production, the bearer must understand that the scene(s) in which he or she appears may not necessarily end up in the finished programme.
•The bearer (and/or parent or guardian if appropriate) will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement and an appearance release form.
•All visitors to South Pacific Pictures must comply with our requests and instructions including those regarding health and safety.
•To the extent permitted by law, South Pacific Pictures is not liable for any claims or damages (whether direct, indirect or consequential) incurred in connection with this prize.
•This prize is strictly non-transferable and cannot be resold without written authorization from South Pacific Pictures
