this isn't a NL offer, it's basically available at all retailers accepting pre-orders(ie warehouse stationary). Would be worth asking for sure

Hmm well according to the live chat it maybe the case where this is valid for tonight only. The $250 gift card deal could expire tonight, which is why the chat said it has be tonight.
But it's a risk you'd have to take for if they were wrong about it.
Happened to me before where two deals were on simultaneously which meant i got 2 headphones for the price of 1 (which was already a half price deal so in effect 1/4 the price)

I wonder if they would honour that based on the chat, because all eligible products show $250 gift with this purchase (such as the individual P9 phone). however the bundle doesn't show this, and the terms of the card say only for 'individual' product and not on conjunction with other offer. I wonder if the 'chat' people are assuming it is or mistaken based on the individual phone being eligible, or it is eligible and they just didn't update the website. At least you could show them the screenshots on this site.

Worst-case scenario, how much do you think the phone will get by itself? Thinking of doing the same myself, but I don't know the phone market too well.
@Huntakillaz: I generally won't sell anything on Trademe that is above $800 unless it's big and heavy, like a sofa or TV. People don't have $1000+ lying in their bank account (unless you have Pay Now, but Trademe will take a massive cut) for a phone, and you often get people just fooling you around.
