Im a little disappointed with 8 cents this time rather than 10 normally. Not sure what's happening here :(
So only 2c mor ethan the everyday offer, probably not worth it.
Someone might bring up the The Effect Of Compounding book :p
I have also noticed some petrol stations (in particular the Mt Wellington and Manurewa ones) tend to lower their prices on Tues and Wed, but hike them up around 3 to 5cents from Thurs to Mon. I noticed this in the past 2 weeks. I will be in those area tomorrow to check again. On another note, Pricewatch is not 100% accurate all the time.
Mt Wellington is $1.699 (91 octane) today so not this week :) but Manurewa stations are only $1.629. These are Caltex stations tho, so they will still take your Smartfuel card. BP stations are always 6-8cents dearer, even the Manurewa one just down the road from Caltex! Oh well, the extra price you pay for a cleaner station…
