I think if you already had something in mind to buy this deal and the free 10 pound credit is a good way to cut the price down but on most of the lower priced items shipping can kill the benefit.
It's very difficult to find low priced items that makes the discount worthwhile, simply because of the shipping cost. And digital items cannot be brought from Amazon UK due to regional restrictions. For the more expensive items the price can swing much more than £5 (or even £15 with the Audible discount) making the discount useless.
Last year there were quite a few SSD deals but it's much quieter now. For Amazon-branded gear I think the US Prime Day will be a bit better, but you still need to use a forwarder like YouShop.
