    Don't think you can pick up in-store, though you can see store stock online. No idea on return policy.

    If you're not completely satisfied with your new Macpac purchase you are welcome to exchange it for a full refund, a store credit or an alternative product*. Returned product must be unused, be in the original packaging with all tags still intact, and returned within 60 days of purchase along with the original receipt. Excludes underwear, food and gift vouchers. Product can be returned to any Macpac store including our web-store.

    *refund excludes freight cost when order has been made online
