Keep in mind with The warehouse clearance items many can be up to the manager's discretion. Essentially once they sold enough product to make x dollars (calculated on the cost of buying all the stock) the rest can be sold off at what ever price the manager thinks will get rid of them to make space for new lines.
So some of the in store deals may only be at one particular store.update: seems to have sold out online, so instore only now. I've seen them at 2 stores in Wellington, so it should be at all stores.
