Quick comparison between 700D and 750D for those who can't decide.
750D is essentially improved version of 700D. But there are huge advantages of having 750D over 700D due to recent upgrade to newer image processor and sensor.

Advantages of 750D over 700D:
24MP sensor vs 18MP
19 Focal points and Cross Type FP vs 9 FP and Cross Type FP
Better ISO performance on 750D
Built in NFC and WIFI

It's up to you to decide whether the extra few $$ is worth the upgrade. In my opinion, yes. But tbh, I'm all for Full Frame cameras (5D above for Canon, D600 above for Nikon) if you're serious about photography.
