Aliexpress 11.11 - China based e-commerces sales

11.11 or Singles Day is the biggest shopping event in the world, most china based eCommerce sites will be posting deals.

Please add any great deals you find, from any reputable e-commerce site…

Aliexpress is a western focused arm of Alibaba and owns Juggernauts like Taobao, T-mall. (both in sites are non-english sorry!, but might ship to youshop, anyone with experience?)

Anyway back on topic.. Aliexpress is ramping up and nows the time to start getting coupons to get discounts on the day.

Some common coupons are $2 off for order $2.01 and more. $5 off any order $5.01 (so get cheep items for next to nothing).

Get coupons by playing games on the 11.11 mini sites. Check out some on the items that will be on sale.

Here are a few of the stores I will be watching..

Comments

  • I am an aliexpress fan but have never figured out the coins/coupon thing. So what is the difference between a select coupon, an aliexpress coupon and a store coupon?

I'm going to plan all my Christmas shopping around this

    • Aliexpress coupon

      storewide

      store coupon

      for 1 store only

      select coupon

      no idea

  • Select coupons are only for select stores participating in the sale

  • oh i found this

    http://sale.aliexpress.com/__pc/select_coupon_introduction.h…

its makes them pretty useless really, the only ones worth going for are the $1, $2, $3 because you can basically get free stuff. and of course the illusive $5 coupon

  • "Select Coupons can be combined with other discounts and coupons on AliExpress.
Redemptions will be processed in the following order:
    - Item specific discounts
    - Store Discounts
    - Store Coupons
    - Select Coupons
    - AliExpress Coupons
    - AliExpress Discounts"

So a range of all three types of coupon is best, because they can be used together by the looks of it. If a store says $4 off $29, that's the maximum discount you can get with all coupons, or just select coupons? Confusing.

  • true, most of the orders i've looked at making fall well short of the spending criteria for select coupons though.

  • Anyone check the prices on taobao if they're cheaper? Shipping to NZ from their forwarder should be $20+ but who knows
