Not the best price, I got it for $300 last year from HN. Can confirm it is a good camera, but auto focus can be annoying (but you'd have that with any automatic digital camera).

That price was unbeatable if that was true. Comparing this to other similar cameras which are more expensive and less featured I would still say to amateur camera buffs, this price is v. hard to beat for the camera.bTW You can disable 'auto-focus' if you desire.

I've got the Panasonic FZ150 i bought 4 years ago, amazing camera.
Great for those who aren't quite wanting Dslr but want to get close to it on a budget
