Needs to hold a 60" tv now and a 70-75" next year when i upgrade. Most have cantilever so i can being the tv slightly out from the wall and slide it to the left into the optimum viewing position as i have a window that forces me to mount the tv off centre.

Actually, i had a look at the PB tech one in above link @ $102 on special. Plus you can get free delivery using PRCMEFREE.
Best be quick though.
The often sell for $75.90 so $100 not really a special.

At only $13 dollars it must be a pricing error down from $200, wish I needed one.
Although you found a deal, in future other than PBtech maybe take a look out on Trademe and sites like Tradetested. I bought a bracket for my 46" TV a few tears ago from Tradetested, it seems to be fine. The only flaw is I got one which has tilt left and right adjustment and it moves quite easily and can't be fixed that easily. At least when I was looking they seemed a fair amount cheaper than anything on PBtech etc.
