The HTC One XL is HTC's flagship model of the HTC One series as of 2012. The L in XL denotes the addition of LTE 4G cellular connectivity owing to the on-die LTE capable modem in the Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 MSM8960 SoC. This SoC also features a newer processor generation, the Qualcomm Krait CPU and is manufactured on a smaller process, 28 nm, thus providing around 30% better battery life during web browsing than the Nvidia Tegra 3 equipped HTC One X.[2] It runs the Android 4.0.3 mobile operating system with HTC Sense 4.0 graphical user interface. The HTC One XL was announced on 26 February 2012 at the Mobile World Congress.
