War of the Roses is an action game developed at Fatshark and released by Paradox Interactive. In an interview with einfo games, executive Producer and CEO Martin Wahlund of Fatshark said “We are also working on War of The Roses that will be released this autumn”. The game is set during the Wars of the Roses which ravaged England in the 15th century. It was released on October 2, 2012.
