AA Smartfuel discounts are redeemable up to a maximum 50 litres of any one purchase of qualifying fuel grade (petrol or diesel) at participating Caltex locations and all BP retail sites in New Zealand (excludes truck stops and un-manned self-service BP sites, e.g. Porirua self-service is accumulation only). Automotive LPG is excluded. Discounts cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other fuel discount promotions including any supermarket fuel discount vouchers, StarCard, Cardlink, or other fuel card transactions. Discounts expire at the end of the calendar month following the month in which awarded. Following each redemption, your AA Smartfuel account balance is reset to zero and no discount is carried forward.

  I think they are down 1 cent here, wish it was 9.

  Article says "It doesn't add up to that 14c reduction at the pump. I'm not sure why petrol companies have dropped their prices as much as they have. We think they are basically cutting their margins. They are lower than we have seen for the past year."…

  So yes, it should have gone lower around Easter due to drop in oil prices then. But the petrol companies haven't.
