You need to find out the "Membership Key" to enter in your online account to get it to display the "better" prices.

If this is really the Authorised dealers list, PB Technologies doesn't seem to be on the list. However, when you fill in the claim form, PB Technologies is an option. I am confused by this…. Please help!

Have just tried the chat at PBTech and have been told that they no longer do the N3 discount anyway.
It worked for me.. Apply code from the back of your card to your account and it came up discounted.
Non n3 members can get it for 50c using membership key FONTEMP964. There is the Auckland Council one as well that has been posted on here but I do not know the eligibility criteria for that code - your order may be cancelled.

It's a good question,because I ordered online and I have picked up at store already, and I got a paper invoice at store which is different with web order invoice.I'm wondering too..
You'll need the serial number of the printer.
