Terms and Conditions
Promotional Period
1. $20 Grocery Savings Vouchers will be issued in-store in accordance with these terms and conditions from Monday 11 December 2017 until Sunday 17 December 2017 (Promotional Issue Period).
2. $20 Grocery Savings Vouchers can only be redeemed in-store in accordance with these terms and conditions from Monday 18 December 2017 to Sunday 31 December 2017 (Promotional Redemption Period).
3. *Grocery Savings Vouchers expire at the end of trade 31 December 2017 and can no longer be redeemed after that date.
4. Offer available at all New World supermarkets, including Shoprite Inglewood and excluding Fresh Collective and Ishop New World.
Eligibility
5. To be eligible, spend $150 or more in one transaction (excluding the purchase of Christmas Club top ups, fuel, Gift Cards, phone and AT Hop cards, online purchases, Tobacco and cigarette products, EFTPOS cash withdrawals and New Zealand Lottery Tickets) instore at any New World store nationwide during the Promotional Issue Period and be issued with a $20 Grocery Savings Voucher (Eligible Spend).
Redemption
6. The $20 Grocery Savings Voucher can be redeemed at any New World supermarket instore when you spend $150 or more in one transaction (excluding the purchase of Christmas Club top ups, fuel, Gift Cards, phone and AT Hop cards, online purchases, Tobacco and cigarette products, EFTPOS cash withdrawals and New Zealand Lottery Tickets) during the Promotional Redemption Period (Eligible Redemption).
7. The $20 Grocery Savings Voucher cannot be both issued and redeemed on the same $150 spend.
8. A maximum of one $20 Grocery Savings Voucher will be issued where the Eligible Spend is met or exceeded in a single transaction.
9. A maximum of one $20 Grocery Savings Voucher can be redeemed on a single transaction that qualifies as an Eligible Redemption.
10. Each $20 Grocery Savings Voucher can only be redeemed once.
11. Only original vouchers can be redeemed. New World reserves the right to refuse to redeem copied, damaged or defaced Grocery Savings Vouchers.
12. $20 Grocery Savings Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Liability
14. Neither the Promoter, New World nor any other person or party associated with this offer shall be liable for:
• Any loss or damage of the $20 Grocery Savings Voucher whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss and including loss caused by negligence).
• Errors resulting from computer hardware, software or telecommunications errors or failure.
• Fraudulent entry into or participation in this offer.
15. In the event of a dispute concerning any aspect of the offer including eligibility the decision of New World will be final. No correspondence concerning any decision made by New World will be entered into.
