Pretty good if you're looking to get one. There's similar deals posted on refurbished ones but these appear to be brand new.
Cheapest ipad I got so far was stacking the coupon deal with the warehouse which came to $379 so this is pretty close.

Great deal, whether refurb or new. Wish I bought this myself instead of a 2nd hand air 2 last week. The speaker vibration on the air 2 pisses my off bigly.
