I have some of these in front of me right now and they are excellent. Have recommended to several friends too, who have picked up their own pair and are happy with them.
Favourite thing about them is they have bass response when a song asks for it, relative to how deep or powerful the notes are. The bass from electronic music tends to thump, whereas the bass drum from a rock song till tend to just be punchy instead of dominating. It isn't over emphasized.
Likewise, it doesn't engage the woofer during non bass notes. The result is that you get a less muddied sound especially through the mid, as is characteristic of some bass orientated earphones.
Highly recommend at this price. If you want to make them even better, add a set of 400 series Comply tips to them.
