It's just a regular Smartfuel discount loaded onto your Smartfuel Card, which works at BP & Caltex AFAIK.
if a have combined smartfuel cards i wonder if they each add 20c to my smartfuel balance if i register them each on caltex app?

I think you could accumulate, i just sign up and it loaded to my smart fuel account.
I'm guessing you could use this multiple times if you just grab a smartfuel card in store and then register it each time you need to fill up.
I don't think it's worthwhile if you have Gull nearby (esp. Gull Kingsland, they've been really cheap lately) as they're generally cheaper, and with the $5/$5/$3 off coupons from the discount days it'll probably work out better than this deal, even if it stacks with the normal Caltex 6c discount.
There comes a point where the additional hassle just isn't worth saving a few cents.
